Sep. 21st, 2025. Refunds available for cancellations made by this date (10% handling fee will be deducted; by 11:59 PM Japan Standard Time). No refunds will be issued after this date.
Oct. 7th, 2025. Closing of registration (by 11:59 PM Japan Standard Time). After this date, on-site registration will be available.
